New Building Services
Construction Supervision / Inspection / Quality
Control
- On-site approval of production and
detail drawings.
- Inspection at Shipyard and at
sub-contractors of main engine, generators etc.
- Supervision during hull assembly,
outfitting, application of internal and external coatings,
machinery installation etc.
- Continuous assessment of progress
to ensure construction schedules are maintained and delivery
dates met.
- Participation in technical meetings
and liaison with Classification and Regulatory Bodies.
- Evaluation of credit/extra cost
items and exercising cost control.
- Review and approval of all final
tests of hull, machinery and working systems prior to the
vessel's delivery.
Delivery & Acceptance
- Attendance at sea trials for final
acceptance of the vessel.
- Delivery, acceptance and
commissioning of the vessel.
- Final assessment of "in service"
performance during guarantee period.
- Handling and settling of Guarantee
Claims.
Through exercising systematic controls at every stage
of construction we aim to ensure that the vessels are constructed in
accordance with the contract to the highest possible standards and
that they perform both efficiently and cost effectively.
The construction team will follow up all details to ensure that the
final delivered vessel complies with specifications and Client
requirements.
Our Services are offered on a transparent "at cost" budget planning
arrangement plus a management fee to cover our project management
and administration costs and an element of profit for our efforts.
Installation of
Machineries and Electrical Equipments, Commissioning / Setting to
work, trial and manning of equipments
- FMS will be responsible for complete system integration of all
machineries and acting as an interphase between Design, Production
and Owners/Class thereby ensuring smooth delivery of the vessels
to the complete satisfaction of all parties concerned.
Ship Repair Services
We provide all our customers with quality and swift repair under
our supervision and control with close liaisoning with various
classification societies as required. Works of repair and
reconstruction of the hull, superstructure, machinery and
electrical/electronics equipment are performed by all the
necessary professionals and approved workshops. We also provide
riding teams for afloat repair and painting jobs
o Machinery and Hull Repairs of General Cargo and Bulk Carrier
vessels for Olam International, UVM Shipping, Manship Pte Ltd.
at Chennai, Kolkata, Vizag,etc.
- Owner's representative for Dry Dock
and repair supervision including special survey and extensive
steel renewal for Panamax bulk carrier for West Asia Ship
Management, India.

Cummins Main Engine Overhauling.
Replacement of oil seals for propeller glands of both Main
engines.
Overhauling of BMW Main Engine.
Main Air compressors - Complete overhauling
Steering Gear Repair - Complete overhauling
Helsman Rudder Indicator -Complete system repaired, adjusted
and made operational.
FRP Boat Building and Repair Services
We also provide FRP boat building and repair services. Design,
manufacture, supply and service FRP boats for fishing/work/
tourism/patrol can be arranged by us. Fabrication of water sport
equipments, marker buoys and other marine related products are also
carried out. Different models are available starting from 3.82M
single man Canoe to larger boats with outboard or inboard engines.

pleasure yacht manufactured and custom designed by Gulf Craft
Inc., a world famous company, based in the UAE.

vessel.
